Natacha Morsa, the founder of Coding & Bricks, has been certified in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® approach since 2015. As part of our interventions, when teams are larger than 12 participants, we have certified facilitators who can add to our team to best support your teams on the subject to be worked on.

We offer different activities, from 30 minutes to a day, for groups of 5 to 100 people.
The use of LEGO® bricks makes the animation accessible to all, while offering enormous potential for creativity and skills development. Other activities can be suggested such as chess discovery workshops or even tournaments against a chess master.

For this activity, each team has to solve puzzles and problems using LEGO® bricks.
Close to the «Escape Game» spirit, this activity presents the advantage of being organized for large groups and not requiring a special location.
The workshop effectively reveals the malfunctions that exist within your teams. It also reviews the obstacles that threaten a project. Each participant acquires a direct experience of agility to better react to the unexpected.
Finally, a time of retrospective allows to transform the learnings of each person into concrete action tracks.
