Natacha Morsa, the founder of Coding & Bricks, has been certified in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® approach since 2015. As part of our interventions, when teams are larger than 12 participants, we have certified facilitators who can add to our team to best support your teams on the subject to be worked on.

 

The Certified Facilitator with the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® approach :

  • Ensures the proper application of the methodology, based on the objectives defined in advance
  • Leads the workshop, questions, and then provides feedback. Support for the implementation of the solutions can be provided.
  • Respects a rhythmic and iterative sequence to allow collective but also individual development.

TEAM DEVELOPMENT WITH THE TEAMPITFALLS® METHOD

 

THE CONSTRUCTION AND PROGRAMMING OF A LEGO® ROBOT SIMULATES THE TYPICAL COURSE OF A PROJECT OR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A PRODUCT.

 

The workshop effectively reveals the malfunctions that exist within your teams. It also reviews the obstacles that threaten a project. Each participant acquires a direct experience of agility to better react to the unexpected.

Finally, a time of retrospective allows to transform the learnings of each person into concrete action tracks.

At the end of the TeamPitfalls® workshop, your teams will have developed better practices to work more efficiently and pleasantly together.
